**Job Title: Streetworks Administrator**

**Team: PMO Civils**

**Location: Albourne, West Sussex**

**Reports to: Project Manager/ Head of Programmes**

**Job Summary**:

- The Streetworks Admin is responsible for helping with the delivery of all assigned projects by supporting the Streetworks and Civils team and the greater team to provide admin support across the build and activation of new infrastructure for our clients. Having the ability to pick up tasks and run with them with instruction and support from the team will be a real requirement, communicating in both verbal and written methods.
- Provide accurate updates of status of job/delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- To assist in working with the Civils/Streetworks team keeping the wheels moving and getting stuff done under direction from the team.
- To work with other teams within NIO to assist in providing support giving opportunity to learn new skills and understand the business we work in.
- To help in the production of reports to assist with delivery of the Civils projects, help with the gathering of data and updates.
- Work with our Streetworks Coordinator to ensure our streetworks permitting and registrations are correctly handled, under instruction.
- Preparing project updates.
- Work with the PMs to help produce the project schedules.
- To work with our field teams to get relevant details to ensure delivery within timelines.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Evidence of having been able to communicate via electronic, written, and verbal methods and take instruction.
- Experience in co-ordination with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business in order to build relationships internally & externally.
- Evidence as a team player with good communication skills.
- Must be able to work collaboratively to assist the wider group in making efforts to assist in fulfilling needs.
- Good attention to detail.
- Takes ownership of problems that occur and offers solutions to the team, not afraid to ask for help and assistance.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- Working knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
- Comfortable to work on a PC and interested in learning new skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence (or method of transportation) as we are located in an underserved area from public transport.
