**WHAT TO EXPECT**

JLR is seeking a talented Noise Vibration and Harshness (NVH) Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) Leader to support JLR’s transformation into a skills-based company and continued development of Electrified Propulsion systems.

This is an opportunity to help shape the future company strategy by providing expert knowledge in the field of Powertrain NVH CAE and analysis delivery across Propulsion Systems. this is also an opportunity to influence the next generation of automotive products and will give the you the ability to shape components and system designs to deliver the NVH attribute.

You'll get to operate in an Agile project management framework and be part of a leading automotive company in the technological space.

**Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for facilitating performance management of Chapter members, defining and implementing effective development plans and holding continuous improvement performance discussions.
- Directly support programme delivery through deployment of Chapter members within an Agile framework.
- Build a community within the Chapter and NVH community to allow effective knowledge and process sharing, building strong connections with Chapter Leads and Technical experts across Engineering.
- Create Capability and Capacity roadmaps for current and future needs in support of JLR programme requirements (resource, skills & IT).

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- Ability to develop and mentor a group of Engineers with a clear vision to drive towards a unified set of objectives.
- Experience in the delivery of complex CAE projects in an Automotive Engineering environment, including evidence of process improvement activities and execution of Quality Operating Systems.
- Theoretical knowledge of NVH analysis, the associated toolsets (e.g. Optistruct, Wave6, Romax) and analysis delivery process.
- A confident communicator when dealing with complex ideas and the reporting of technical and business information at all levels of a business.
