This role is **Hybrid** Working (3 Days in Belfast City Centre (State of the Art Office) + 2 days Working From Home)

This is a Monday - Friday position. This will initially be a 12-month contract.. with a high likelihood of permanency based on performance

**Salary**
£28,000 - £33,000 + **Progression Opportunities** & Global Benefits Package

**Responsibilities**
- Producing proposals, pitch presentations and credential statements, in line with A&O quality standards including:
Executing strategy for the drafting and completion of high value, often multi-discipline bids and tenders.
Working collaboratively to produce high quality content and design outcomes.
Assisting with the development of key messages and compelling, client-specific value propositions.
Editing and refining content and design of bid and tender documents.
- In conjunction with the Pitch Support Team, maintaining a library of pitch tools and guides.
- Assist with opportunity capture, reporting and maintenance pitch content when required.

**The Ideal Person**
- 2+ years bid / proposals experience, preferably in a B2B services firm.
- Knowledge of Corporate practice and relevant product areas would be advantageous.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading and communications skills.
