We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader, based in Luton, who will inspire and empower colleagues to make decisions that exceed customer’s expectations that will increase customer confidence by ensuring the maintenance of a high profile and proactive approach to customer service.

**What you'll do...**
- Responsible for leading service delivery and making operational decisions.
- Provide support to colleagues to ensure a high delivery of customer service and act as a role model.
- Proactively provide information, support and assistance to customers, colleagues and driver teams.
- Champion safety, highlighting any areas of concern and ensuring safe working practices are adhered to.
- Support drivers in ensuring customers are board on their service in good time to ensure punctuality targets are achieved.
- Assist managers by attending Health and safety meetings as required.
