Responsible to: Grounds Manager
Location: On Campus
Contract: Full-time, permanent, 52 weeks per year
**Salary**: Up to £28,000 per annum depending on experience

The Senior Groundsperson will report directly to the Grounds manager and be responsible for ensuring that the College’s extensive and varied sports fields and campus on 1200 acres continue to provide an attractive and inspiring setting for us all to enjoy.
The College continues to invest heavily in its outdoor spaces, including around 10HA of new sports pitches innovative irrigation systems and around £1m in state-of-the-art machinery.
To assist the Grounds manager in maintaining the highest standards of playing surfaces, sports and amenity surfaces for the College. The post holder will use their technical and detailed operational expertise to ensure safe and consistent quality playing surfaces are always available as required. This position will deputise in the absence of the Head Groundsperson.
