**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and taking orders in a friendly manner.
- Manage inventory levels, restocking supplies as needed, and assisting with ordering when necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring basic maths skills are applied for billing purposes.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks.
- Uphold high standards of customer service in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent time management skills.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the business needs.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for providing outstanding service.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.44-£11.83 per hour
