The activities within this role will be performed under the Wholesale Dealer Authorisation (H) Regulations.
The role will be based at NWSSP Medicine unit at Imperial Park 5 with a requirement to attend Picketston site (St Athan) to perform stock maintenance and distribution activities on stored medicines include Controlled Drugs (CD’s) vaccines and other prescription only medicines (POM).

- Provide day to day administration support to the pharmacy procurement function, including stores, distribution and pharmacy goods-in areas, managing the electronic records of sales and finance reports to ensure they are current,
- Lead on the processing of orders under a Wholesale Dealers Authorisation (WDA) to provide an efficient service to internal and external customers, patients, carers and other healthcare professionals,
- Participate in the over labelling and pack down activities and co-ordinate transport / dispatch of customer orders via Health Courier Services (HCS) transport hub,

Plan and organise stock and equipment checks,
