**Duties and Responsibilities**,
- You will be expected to lead, motivate, monitor and oversee the team to ensure they produce high quality work. You will manage and lead the team to achieve high standards, provide knowledge regarding the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical installations such as EICR’s, Rewires, EV charging, but not limited to.
- Follow regular instructions from Operations manager and when required Compliance supervisor.
- Work closely with the Operations manager, to fulfil the clients and business expectations. Communicate effectively and efficiently to archive high standards.
- Ensure each contract is run efficiently in regards to material, wasted journeys, use of kit and plant.
- Plan and co-ordinate all works, this will be done to ensure continuity across all contracts. Ensuring the right people are allocated to the required scope of work according to knowledge, skill level and experience.
- Communicate effectively with the team in all aspects of the role, arrange site visits, video calls, meetings when required. Arrange toolbox talks with teams or individuals to maintain standards or improve standards.
- Liaise with the Management team on the specific requirements of each contract. Ensure all handovers, time sheets, invoices are correct and provided to management on time.
- Management of multiple projects, ensuring certification and specification for each contract are adhered. While maintaining high standards of work and working to current electrical regulations.
- Assist with surveying, electrical testing, oversee installations and commissioning processes.
- Oversee Health and Safety, for staff and both supervisory staff / Sub Contractors.
- A good understanding of onsite Health and safety, prepare and complete on site audits, to maintain safety standards expected by the business and clients expectations.
- Keep up to date with current industry standards and provide updates on changes to the industry.
- Maintain NICEIC status, ensure all operatives have a competent understanding on the software and provide training if required.
- The ability to carry out Electrical inspection reports
- Checking of completed electrical compliance certificates/paperwork
- If and when required assist with disciplinary procedures.

**Salary**: £36,000.00-£39,000.00 per year
