**_We have a rewarding opportunity to support people in our Wakefield Foundation team as a _**_Support Assistant_**_._

You’ll play a part of achieving the best housing solutions for our clients by helping them to manage and maintain their tenancies. You’ll support individuals who are at risk of homelessness by finding them suitable accommodation. Overall you’ll work alongside Support Workers to provide high quality care for our clients.

**If you have:
- The ability to build meaningful relationships
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Knowledge of Housing benefits & Universal credits
- A desire towards empowering and motivating clients
