**About us**

Nursing Jobs UK is a specialist provider of recruitment and education consulting in Healthcare and various other sectors in UK. We assist NHS and other Healthcare organizations to cover last minute agency shifts. We are looking for an enthusiastic professional to join our team as Recruitment Consultant for Temporary Healthcare Recruitment.
- Manage advertising (using all mediums available including websites, social media, local press and local networking)
- Manage ad responses and screening applicants both online, on the telephone and in person
- Co-ordinate branch interview schedules and liaise with applicants
- Liaise with the Training department to co-ordinate new starter training in a timely fashion
- Support project specific administration and recruitment campaigns
- Contact existing employers for the available vacancies and temporary shifts
- Arrange staff for temporary agency shifts and confirming the shifts with employers
- Communicate with clients to focus on their needs and keeping up the good relation
- Find new suitable clients and obtain new contracts for business development
- Attend recruitment fairs and meetings when required
- Responsible for compliance check of all applicants before forwarding to the clients

**Person Specification**

The ideal person for this job

Have experience of working in a recruitment environment or sales.

.Experience in healthcare job,like RGN/SCA is desirable.

.Have good passes (grade C or above/IELTS-7) in GCSE English and Mathematics or equivalent

.Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

.Holder of REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice desirable but not essential

.Be a competent user of IT, including basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

.Experience in using CRM/Recruit software

.Demonstrate experience of working in a target driven environment

.Demonstrate the ability and maintain relationships over the telephone and face to face

.Have the ability and desire to develop new business

.Be able to act quickly and decisively

.Available in flexible working hours.
- Competent use of IT processes are essential, including basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Have a polite and courteous telephone manner
- To be able to demonstrate experience of working in a target driven environment
- To be able to demonstrate the ability to forge and maintain relationships over the telephone and face to face
- Have the ability and desire to develop new business
- Be motivated and result driven
- Be able to act quickly and decisively and work under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From £18,000.00 per year
