Part-time Bespoke Administrator

A vacancy has arisen for a Part-time Bespoke Administrator in our award-winning jewellers in Winchester. The position is for approx. 16 hours a week. Jewellery experience preferred but not essential as full training given.
The Bespoke Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Bespoke team and efficiently managing various aspects of our bespoke department, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service are met at all times.
**Duties include**:
- Managing the Bespoke Diary
- Operating the 3D Printer
- Updating computer system with information on job progression
- Measuring & ordering gemstones
- Digital Organization & filing
- Bespoke Social Media
- Final Quality Control and Booking In
- Photography of finished pieces
**Essential key skills**:
- Excellent communication (both written & verbal)
- Accurate and clear thinking with good attention to detail
- Basic computer confidence
- Works well under pressure
- Able to manage own workload and multi-task
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Expected hours: 16 per week
