**Overall purpose of the SHEQ Coordinator job role**:
To assist the SHEQ department with managing compliance and reporting on performance across the business in relation to Safety, Health, Environment and Quality. The job holder should encourage innovation and strive to continually improve SHEQ performance across the business.

***Key Responsibilities**:

- To assist with the maintenance of the IMS
- To input data into software tools for analysis by the team
- Compile weekly, monthly and annual reports for internal/external use
- Assist with the administration of SHEQ improvement, awareness and competence programmes
- To plan, co-ordinate and undertake internal audits of the IMS and associated processes and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant standards
- To manage the NCR log and ensure that any NCRs raised are closed out effectively and in a timely manner
- To assist with external audits as required to ensure that business accreditations and certifications are successfully maintained
- All other job-related duties as assigned
- Always work in line with and endeavour to promote the SQS Vison, Purpose, Culture & Values
