QSW - Children In Care - Outstanding - Up to £42 p/hr
NonStop Care is currently working a well-established local authority in the South of England who are looking for an experienced social worker to join Children In Care team.
You will be joining an local authority with a Outstanding Ofsted rating, meaning that you will be joining a successful team with good practices, enhancing your skills which will help lead to further career opportunities while having the ability to earn up to£42 p/hr.
They are looking for positive and outgoing individuals to join their team. They have excellent training and developmental opportunities, improving your skills and creating more opportunities for yourself in the future.
**Responsibilities**:
The service identifies the needs of the child or young person and refers them to the appropriate service to ensue that the child needs are met and that they are being assisted with these issues. The children in care team provide ongoing support for social workers,parents and foster carers.
You will complete regular visits, assessments and care plans. You will need to develop close relationships with the children so that you can best understand and communicate the children's wishes and support them so they achieve their full potential.
