**Job Title**

Warehouse Operative

**Working hours**

Full-time

Monday - Friday, 08:00-16:00. Expected start date would be Monday 25th March.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Picking**: Using handheld device to pick customers orders.
- **Packing**: Carefully pack items into boxes, ensuring that they are properly secured and labeled for shipping.
- **Quality Assurance**: Inspect items for quality and accuracy, ensuring that only the best products are sent to our valued customers.
- **Organisation**: Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including shelves and storage areas, to enhance efficiency.
- **Stock counting**: Counting of floor and bulk locations to ensure stock levels are correct.
- **MHE**: Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet trucks to move and store products as needed.
- **Safety**: Comply with safety procedures and guidelines, including the proper use of equipment and the safe handling of hazardous materials. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a warehouse role is essential. (2 years required)
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts (Bendi pivot steer), safely and efficiently is a plus but not essential.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
