As the Unscheduled Care Lead you will: Provide Leadership and line management for those within the Unscheduled care team. Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients by seeking out, listening to and acting on feedback so that patient engagement is at the centre of service delivery. You will also provide day to day operational service delivery and data which has integrity, in a timely manner to meet commissioner expectations.

**You will need**:
Degree or appropriate equivalent level of experience or clinical qualification
Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams
Experience of working in CQC or equivalent registered services such as HMIP

You’ll receive an annual salary up to £55,000
