**We’re looking for a Position Management Administrator to join us our Employee Services team on a 9-month fixed term contract - Hybrid working 2 days office and 3 remote.**

Liberty Global Shared Services acts as a central specialty service supporting the wider Liberty Global group with specialisms in areas of Finance, Accounting, People, Legal & Systems. This central team supports a number of businesses across the Liberty Global footprint including Virgin Media.

**What will you be doing?**
- Verify all position requests against information held in the system ensuring the data provided is accurate and up to date.
- Ensure that all data is entered into associated HR systems and workflow requests are actioned in a timely, accurate manner, to agreed standards and targets.
- Administrating end to end employee position creation promptly.
- Create and maintain mass spreadsheets, reports and data insights as well as managing mass bulk uploads.
- Ensure a high level of confidentiality is maintained in all aspects of work.
- Resolve day to day Position Management enquiries, issues, and complaints, escalating as appropriate and dealing with any service recovery.

**We tend to look for people with**:
Essential:

- Relevant HR / Administrative experience.
- Data driven and a strong analytical attitude.
- Ability to handle and manipulate high volumes of data.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of using various reporting tools.
- Experience of delivering customer service targets within a complex environment.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, Macros & dashboards).
- An understanding of the HR employee lifecycle.
