**The role**

**The difference our new ERP Systems Manager will make**

As a ERP Systems Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You will manage the project team in developing and defining our bid solution

Day to day, you’ll develop a range of system management products, including requirements documents, integrated test and evaluation plans, innovative system and capability architectures, and engineering management plans. You will Identify and define the inter-dependencies and interrelationships between systems and support the Enterprise Data Architect in the development and integration of new systems.

**Essential experience**
- Advanced background with ERP systems.
- Providing technical consultancy service skills from within a regulated (preferably Defence) training environment
- Proficient in IT systems terminology
- Experience in an Agile delivery environment, including familiarity with Agile tools.
- Level 4 or higher (HNC or above) in a relevant Engineering or Science discipline and APMG or APM P3M Practitioner desirable
