**Key Responsibilities -**
- Participates in the MHTs key client on-line bidding tool.
- Tracks and completes incoming requests in a timely manner.
- Follows up with network on customer outcome; keeping tracking file updated.
- Replies to quotation requests, supported by internal tools.
- Participates in the development of processes and tools for gathering business intelligence on market pricing to enable service organisation to make more informed pricing decisions.
- Implements process improvements related to product pricing support, to ensure integrity of and consistency.
- Conducts the analytics's of pricing data.
- Other duties as assigned.

**General Day to Day Responsibilities -**
- Utilize client’s on-line software to respond to rate requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, extra proficiency required with Excel.
- Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers to enhance service level provided to customers.
- Act as liaison between the operations team and the client. It is important to communicate and build good working relationships with contacts in order to offer the best possible service.
- Excellent client service skills.

**Qualifications and Desired Attributes**
- Ability to analyse data, evaluate alternatives and make recommendations considering impact of decisions.
- Proficient in the English language (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) with an emphasis on Excel.
- Detail-oriented.
- Self-starter requiring mínimal supervision.
- Ability to work with and meet deadline of multiple time zones.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to learn and share information with co-workers.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Self-managing and pro-active.
- Strives and identifies areas where we can improve service
