**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe development, and ensuring variety and quality in all dishes.
- Oversee the daily operations of two hotel kitchens, ensuring efficiency and maintaining high culinary standards.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef, ensuring all team members are working effectively.
- Supervise food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and compliance with our quality standards.
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and control kitchen costs to meet budgetary requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and management team to create and implement innovative and seasonal menus.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume, fine dining environment.
- Strong culinary skills, with a passion for creating exceptional dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and orderliness of our guest rooms and public areas. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standards of hygiene and contributing to the overall guest experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards.
- Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, making beds, and replenishing amenities.
- Conduct thorough room inspections to ensure all areas meet our cleanliness standards.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Head Housekeeper or management.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel policies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in housekeeping or a similar role.

- Flexibility to work between 2 to 5 days per week over a 7-day working pattern, including weekends.
- Ability to work from 9am to 3pm approximately each day.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
