Skincare Counter Assistant

We have a Saturday vacancy for an enthusiastic Skincare Counter Assistant to join our team. We are a thriving independent pharmacy in the heart of medical London focussing on client care and satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the leading aesthetic pharmacies in the UK.
Your main duties will include:
- Providing advice and information to customers on skin care and product selection;
- Driving sales in the skin care department;
- Ensuring targets are met;
- Stocking shelves and display cabinets, and ensuring the counter is tidy and inviting; and
- Supporting other members of the team in achieving excellence.
Mandatory skills:
- Strong communication skills with a good command of English;
- Customer service skills;
- Self-motivation and excellent team-working skills; and
- Ability to comply fully and understand the importance of customer confidentiality.
Preferred skills:
- Good time-keeping;
- Retail/sales experience;
- Fast-learner with the ability to adapt working practices to our methods of working;
The role is Saturday, 10am-5pm, based in London W1.
As you will be working in a pharmacy, we will also require you to complete the NPA Pharmacy Medicines Counter Assistant Development Programme Interact Course. Wigmore Medical will pay for you to do the course and assist you to complete it.
Salary dependent on experience
