The Nursery Nurse and Room Leader must be passionate, enthusiastic and driven to give young childrenthe best early years education and care needed for their development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To work as an effective member of the nursery team delivering flexible, high quality education and care that meets the needs of the young children and their families
- Be passionate about creating an environment where children can develop and learn.
- To monitor assess and mentor the staff within your team, and to organise the efficient deployment of staff throughout the day to ensure that the activities and routine promote the children’s best outcomes.
- Fully meet the diverse needs of every child.
- Demonstrate a high regard for safeguarding
- Have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage.

**For this role you must have**
- You must have a full and relevant Level 2 or 3 Childcare Qualification
- A Minimum of 1 Years’ experience as a Nursery Nurse or Room Leader
- Good Knowledge of EYFS
