Are you an experienced, professional multi drop driver looking for a new opportunity? We are searching for drivers to join our Transport team in Aylesford.

Working hours for the **Multi Drop Delivery Van Driver **role will be 5 shifts out of 7 on a rota basis, average of 48 hours per week. Start time is 4am,

You will be working on a **full time, permanent basis** and in return will receive a **competitive salary** of £27,000 per annum

**Where will you be driving**:

- London, Kent and surrounding areas

**What will you be doing**:

- Multidrop deliveries of fresh produce to customers
- Defect reporting ensuring vehicle checks are completed daily before departure and all orders are loaded correctly
- Ensure deliveries are made in a timely manner and excellent service is given to the customer
- Collection of goods to the main depot

**What Key Skills / Experience do you need**:

- Licence to drive a manual vehicle
- Reliable and professional
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise
- Adaptable and able to make decisions
- Experience in a similar work environment would be an advantage

Watts Farms is a third-generation family-run farming business, established in 1952. Growers, Packers and Distributors of fresh produce supplying the hospitability industry across Kent, London and surrounding areas. We diversifiedin 2020 into direct Home Deliveries offering freshly picked fruit and vegetables from our own farms as well as a full range of grocery, dairy, alcohol and pantry goods.
