The Head of Social Change is a member of the regional leadership team and partners with cross functional leaders to drive the Social Change strategy, aligning to global goals and initiatives.They are driven and passionate about Social Change and work to ensure that Social Change is well integrated into all aspects of the business. They are both a strategic leader and manage execution of programs and initiatives, as well as track and report on progress towards Social Change goals. As part of the global Social Change Group and leader you will also help drive Thoughtworks global Social Change vision and strategy forward.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Reports to MD and Global Head of Social Change
- Should be working cross functionally at the regional level to integrate social change into the business
- Part of the Global Social Change Group
- Head of Social Change, Head of DEISSC

**Job qualifications**:
**Technical skills**:

- Demonstrated commitment to one's personal journey and learning about systemic social justice issues
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate constructive dialogue among stakeholders
- Understands how to balance the social change lens within the business
- Has the ability to navigate ambiguity, complexity and contradictions and facilitate constructive dialogue among colleagues
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate constructive dialogue among stakeholders
- Ability to handle sensitive conversations
- Ability to create strategic plans and manage to outcomes
- Demonstrated commitment to cultivating others
- Demonstrated experience working with social movements, the non-profit and philanthropic sectors
- Deep understanding of social change and demonstrated ability to put theory into practice
- Courageous in sharing opinions and challenging ideas and being challenged themself
- Is able to see the world through the eyes of the most vulnerable
