**We are currently looking for an individual experienced in working face to face with customers, where we offer a hands-on role for people who have a desire to succeed. SMP mission is to develop your current skills, whilst acquiring and adapting to what is taught and trained in this new opportunity.**

**Key skills we're looking for in someone to fill our Marketing Intern role should be**:

- **Lean into challenges - keen to challenge ideas of others.**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- **Working closely with the managers and mentors to complete allocated tasks.**
- **Attending meetings, lectures and presentations.**
- **Reviewing sales performance both individually and as a team.**
- **Helping spot potential weaknesses and bringing appropriate solutions.**
- **Observing and carrying out day to day processes set out but mentors and managers.**
- **Be working alongside some of the UK's best Sales & Marketing specialists. Continuous opportunities for career progression.**

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
