You would be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the communal areas of two high-end apartment complexes in the Wandsworth area of London.

Your grounds maintenance responsibilities would include: hedge trimming, weed spraying, pruning, sweeping and general tidying. Your communal cleaning duties would include hoovering, dusting, polishing, washing down surfaces and waste removal. Part of the role will also require manual labour, with the communal bins being moved from the car park areas to the street on a weekly basis for collection.
