**Area Sales Manager - Screeds & Resin Flooring**

Job Title: Area Sales Manager - Concrete Repair, Resin Flooring & Screeds

Area to be covered: London & South East

Remuneration: £40,000 - £45,000neg (depending on experience) + £5,000 - £10,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Concrete Repair, Resin Flooring & Screeds will involve:

- Field sales position selling a manufactured range of high quality resin flooring, screeds, concrete repair and waterproofing, bond surfacing
- Working on projects such as: Anfield, Alton Towers, Ascot Racecourse, Buckingham Palace, Darlington Fire Station, Canary Wharf Train Station and many more
- 70% of your time will be spent selling to screeders, main contractors and specialist sub contractors
- The remaining portion of your time will be spent influencing architects and specifiers and selling dealing with the distribution channels such as: SIG, IPSM and Travis Perkins
- Dealing with order values ranging from £500-£300k+
- 100% new business role
- Working closely with internal sales and installation team

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager - Concrete Repair, Resin Flooring & Screeds with:

- Must have construction sales experience selling to screeders and specialist sub-contractors
- Must have sold a technical related product range such as: screeds, resin flooring, concrete repairs, waterproofing, resin bonding, concrete admixtures, polyurethane resin flooring etc
- Stability, no job-hoppers
- Capable of working autonomously
- Capable of working in a fast paced environment
- IT literate
