Linking Humans is a recruitment agency that specialises in the ServiceNow ecosystem. We have ambitious growth plans, and we’d love you to come on that journey with us. With an office in Central Eastleigh and working hours set at Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, we are committed to creating a working environment that will help our consultants achieve a better work-life balance. If your weekly targets are met (very achievable) you won’t even need to work on Fridays. Even if you don’t hit your targets, you will have the option to work from home on Friday. To help you achieve this, we use the latest AI and automation tools to streamline the recruitment process to give our consultants more time to focus on the important things in life.

The position:
We are now looking to hire Trainee Recruitment Consultants who have a passion for success, competitive, and looking to join an industry where there is a high earning potential. If you have worked in ServiceNow, Recruitment, Sales or similar we are really keen to hear from you.

You will be recruiting for the ServiceNow industry, an industry that has seen exponential growth over the past few years and is a fast-growing cloud-based platform, worth over $1 billion. Linking Humans have dominated the recruitment market within ServiceNow space, and we want you to be part of our success story.

We will give you all the tools, training and support you need to be successful in this role and you just need to have the following;
- Some work experience in a sales or customer service role (ideally within professional services)
- Exceptional customer service skills and telephone manner
- Ambition, drive and determination
- Willingness and ability to learn
- A proactive and tenacious approach
- A fantastic sense of humour
- Integrity and desire to do right by others
