Job description 3 days, 22.5 hours per week 8.30am - 4.30pm Initially three days a week, term time only plus one week plus inset days. Possibility of these hours being extended to suit the needs of the school. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and enthusiastic family worker to lead on safeguard & attendance, plus work with our families to help recognise areas of support needed. We are looking for someone who: - Can work with a range of professionals and external agencies to secure positive, safe outcomes for children and their families. - Has a good understanding of safeguard practices and will undertake the role of DSL. - Can work with families and the Attendance support officer to improve attendance. - Can provide targeted support for identified children and families. - Will contribute to and uphold the vision, values and ethos of the school.
