Zachary Daniels has a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading retailer as their new Assistant Store Manager in a brand new Store opening in Bristol As a new Assistant Manager will be able to manage, motive and drive a team to deliver an outstandingservice to new and long-term clients and customers.

This is an amazing opportunity with a retailer who are growing can demonstrate consistently strong results and have plans to push forward in the next 12 months. As an assistant manager, you will be able to demonstrate a strong management career in retail,hospitality or leisure - our client has the ability to develop people at all levels

Key Points for our new Assistant Manager:

- This is a multi-functional role, with several departments in store you will have several touch points in the store and be able to drive sales consistently.
- Ensure that all day-to-day operational aspects of the store are managed effectively.
- You will be at the forefront of creating an exceptional environment for customers to come in and shop and inspire the team to deliver brilliant customer service.
- We want a retail leader who is excited to be managing and controlling budgets and driving sales to ensure that the high levels of performance which are standard within this business are maintained.
- Must be serviced focused to ensure your team connect and engage in a relaxed manner with customers
