**About The Role**:
As a Qualified Dispenser, you will be integral to the efficient running of our Outpatient Dispensary pharmacies across the UK alongside partnership with an NHS trust. Supporting our customers on the shop floor, you will be providing life enhancing support and advice to improve people’s wellbeing whilst creating a warm and friendly environment to which they are keen to return to time and time again.
In this position, some of your responsibilities may include proactively providing customers with a complete customer service which finds them a solution tailored to their individual needs, ensuring all customers and patients receive safe and accurate advice - whether that is with the supply of over the counter (OTC) medicines, dispensing of prescribed medication or additional pharmacy services.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you must possess excellent relationship building skills, have an approachable and ambitious personality, as well as the ability to motivate and nurture those around you. Progression is readily available across the Lloyds Pharmacy network, including the option to progress to a Pharmacy Technician position or to move as a Supervisor into a larger volume store within our pharmacy network. Alternatively, you could be supported with the completion of the Dispenser qualification and move into a larger volume NHS item store. Progression opportunities will require mobility and flexibility to travel within the LloydsPharmacy network.
