Provide direct support to pupils facing issues such as trauma, neglect, domestic abuse, or mental health concerns.
- Liaise with external agencies including social care, early help, CAMHS, and the Virtual School.

**4. Learning and Behaviour Support**
- Provide targeted 1:1 or small group learning support, particularly for pupils who are struggling to access education due to SEMH or attendance issues.
- Support reintegration following periods of absence, exclusion, or placement breakdown.
- Contribute to a calm, safe learning environment, stepping in to support behaviour regulation and emotional literacy as needed.

**5. Site-Based Duties (When Not Visiting Families)**
- Support supervision of vulnerable pupils across the school day (breaks, transitions, and unstructured times).
- Act as a flexible member of the wider pastoral team, assisting with cover and daily routines.
- Be available to respond to safeguarding or welfare needs on-site as directed.

**6. Multi-Agency Working**
- Complete Early Help Assessments and contribute to Team Around the Family (TAF), Child in Need (CIN), and Child Protection (CP) meetings.
- Ensure accurate and confidential record-keeping in line with school and local authority policy.
- Represent the school professionally in all external meetings and liaison.
