**Automation Engineer - Cyber Security Engineer - Security Engineer - SIEM - SOAR - Microsoft Sentinel - Permanent - Remote Working - £65k - £75k + Bonus + Benefits Package**

**Location: This is a remote based position**

Our client leverages the Microsoft Security Stack to deliver our SOC managed services which includes Microsoft Sentinel as our SIEM and SOAR platform. As the Automation Engineer you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the scripts andpipelines used to deliver and maintain their Microsoft Sentinel platforms deployed to their customer base.

The role will involve developing and maintaining automation solutions to reduce the time required to onboard customers into their Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC), working with their Product Teams to deploy new capabilities to their customers inlinewith their Product Roadmap, and working with their Internal Systems team to enhance integrations with their ServiceNow SecOps platform.

Working within the Product and Engineering teams, you will be involved in the development of their managed security services which focus on the Microsoft Security Stack and Sentinel. The Automation Engineer will play a key role in developing automated solutionsto help improve efficiencies with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of their SOC platforms.

The following represent the core tasks to be carried out as a part of this role:

- Maintain and develop our Sentinel delivery pipelines
- Maintain our centralised Repository to control Analytics Rules and Playbooks deployed to our customers
- Working with our Professional Services team to further enhance deployment automation
- Working with our Product Management team to identity automation options for new capabilities
- Working with our Internal Systems team to enhance integration with ServiceNow SecOps
- Assist with the automation of CSOC reports through Power Bi

**Requirements**:
Experience with Microsoft Sentinel or an alternative SIEM solution.
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Automating and orchestration through API's
- Strong PowerShell/Python knowledge

Desired Skills/ Certifications:

- Azure DevOps capability
- Azure functions and RegEx
- Any relevant Microsoft Certifications: MS-500, AZ-500, SC-200
