- _Handover meetings from sales rep, following placement of order._
- _Site survey and measuring up._
- _Producing drawings for client sign off and approval._
- _Liaising with client for a suitable installation date._
- _Purchasing of products and materials._
- _Placement of orders and organising sub contract installation teams._
- _Managing the project installation teams through to completion._
- _Producing quotations for any additional works if required._
- _Producing sign off documentation and O&M manuals._
- _Handing project to accounts for invoicing on completion, and approving applicable incoming invoices._
- _Data input to CRM system and filing of project information._
- _Customer service._
- _Arranging warranty work and returns in the event of a faulty product._
- _Associated telephone work._
- _Various other roles and responsibilities._
