**The role, Brand Campaign Strategist, 12-14 month contract...**
The Brand Campaign Strategist will be responsible for leading the design and execution of our biggest brand campaigns across the business. As a key member of the Brand Experience team, you will operate as the lynchpin between our sales team, shopper, our agency partners and of course our in-house creative team to deliver step-changing communication campaigns.
**What you’ll be responsible for...**
- Transforming our approach to brand campaigns and delivering the most disruptive and eye catching activations yet that reflect our bold new brand purpose
- Establishing step changing campaign design thinking right from insight, to strategy, all the way through to execution and success metrics
- Defining a really sharp understanding of graze’s targeted audiences, their tension points and how best Graze can answer to these
- Developing best in class creative briefs that will step change the quality of Graze’s creative output
- Defining Graze’s digital strategy (think display, affiliates, social, influencer, partnerships). What are our priority digital activation channels, and how do these best deliver against our brand objectives and key jobs to be done?
- Responsible for developing & growing Graze’s social media presence
- Support the Head of Brand Experience in the creation of the annual brand & communications strategy
- Leading the post campaign analysis reporting; creating insightful learnings to influence future campaign thinking
- Leading the responsibility for our ATL budgets, ensuring POs are set up and billed on time, in full and to budget
**What we’re looking for in you...**
- Likely that you'll have Suitable years of experience developing your skills in brand strategy & digital communications
- Capable of developing strong creative briefs that lead to fresh, disruptive & eye catching campaigns
- You build campaign strategies And enjoy building a sharp brief that defines the activity’s core audience, the consumer tensions that you are trying to solve and the behaviour change that the campaign will deliver
- You are skilled in activating campaigns across a plethora of different digital channels including display, affiliates, social, influencer and partnerships
- You love managing and developing a brand’s social media presence
- Fresh thinking You have the skills and the ambition to challenge the status quo, and rethink how best we can deliver Graze’s communication plans for the future.
- Someone who thinks consumer first You are able to get a deep understanding of our targeted consumer is, their tensions points and what are the best strategies Graze can use to solve them
- You are comfortable with data analysis to demonstrate ROI in your marketing plans
- Agency experience is preferred but not essential

- Meet the Graze team Get to know your network across the business and build deep, trusting relationships with your key stakeholders both with the internal teams and with our agencies
- Develop clear ways of working for you, your team and your core network of stakeholders. These should be set in a way that will ultimately enable you best to create and execute your upcoming brand campaigns
- Proactively take on the task of building a deep understanding of the businesses challenges and opportunities. Create a succinct brand diagnosis based on your findings and use these as a basis to build your brand campaign strategies
