**Role** - Junior Recruitment Consultant

**Location** - Reading

**Package** - £20K - £24k basic salary for entry level. Flexible for experience + plus uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £35K OTE, Year 2 OTE £45K OTE)

**Junior Recruitment Consultant - The Role**:
This is a great opportunity to work with an established Recruitment agency, who specialise in Cyber, Martech, Bigdata, Fintech and Analytics. With a fantastic company structure, their leadership team collectively have decades of experience in the industryand are committed to taking people with the right traits and values and turning them into world class head-hunters.

Day to day responsibilities:

- Sourcing international sales talent that matches our clients' briefs
- Updating clients on hiring projects
- Strategic and consultative approach NOT phone bashing

**Junior Recruitment Consultant - The Requirements**:

- Degree educated or 6 months sales experience
- You will know exactly what you want to achieve and where you want to go next with a clear road map of personal and career goals
- You will have strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative to maintain a solution focused attitude
- Motivated to hit KPIs
- Be able to collaborate well within a team
