It’s an exciting time to join our Carlisle factory, we have had major investment and new lines added to include biscuits for cheese. This is a great opportunity to join us.
- What will this role achieve?- You will be reporting to the Team Manager and Packing Supervisor and you will will develop a key working relationship to provide support to fellow work colleagues, maintain effective communication with the line/departmental management team. The main part of this role is the internal movement of product via hand barrow and stock control.- What will be your key deliverables?- You should demonstrate a willingness to work in a team environment, possess a positive attitude and have the ability to work under their own initiative and demonstrate a flexible approach and willingness to drive change within our operational environment.- Bring your experience- Essential- Able to work with the minimum of supervision- Diligent and detail conscious- Communicate effectively with work colleagues- Deliver an effective and efficient service to the department- Flexible in their approach to workHave an understanding of good manufacturing practice- A good knowledge of HACCP and Safe Systems of Work- Good numeracy and literacy knowledge- Shifts- Monday - Friday 6am - 2pm / 2pm - 10pm alternate weeks- Bring happiness with every bite- It’s a purpose that every one of our colleagues, all around the world believes in.
