**The Role**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our women’s boutique department. This role is essential in ensuring seamless daily operations, providing bespoke advice on the latest fashion trends, and maintaining our reputation for cultural authenticity and high-quality service. The position requires an individual with a strong understanding of traditional South Asian fashion, customer engagement, and the ability to drive sales in a highly competitive market.

This is a critical role, especially given the demand for unique designs and bespoke customer experiences in our store. The role involves managing seasonal trends, supporting bespoke design orders, and fostering customer relationships with cultural sensitivity and expertise.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Interaction & Sales**:

- Provide bespoke advice to customers on the latest cultural and seasonal fashion trends.
- Assist clients in selecting styles, fabrics, and accessories that align with their cultural preferences, events, and individual needs.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

**Product Expertise & Bespoke Services**:

- Guide customers on custom orders, including taking precise measurements for bespoke designs and ensuring accuracy throughout the design process.
- Work closely with wholesalers and suppliers to source high-quality fabrics and materials for bespoke orders.
- Stay informed about traditional and contemporary trends in South Asian fashion to provide insightful recommendations.

**Operational Management**:

- Oversee the boutique's day-to-day sales operations, ensuring the shop floor runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels, seasonal demand, and supply to ensure consistent product availability.
- Supervise and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Sales & Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop innovative sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Leverage social media and marketing platforms to promote products and seasonal collections.
- Analyse sales data and customer feedback to refine offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a boutique or retail setting with a focus on cultural fashion.
- Strong understanding of South Asian bridal and party wear, including fabrics, embroidery, and styles.
- Demonstrated ability to manage bespoke orders, including taking measurements and sourcing materials.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic reporting tools.
- A customer-focused approach with a passion for providing exceptional service.
