Factory Worker

**Temp-Perm - Braintree - Ongoing Training - Immediate starts**

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a market leader in their field based in Braintree, Essex.

We are looking for a Factory Worker who has previous experience within a factory/manufacturing environment.

This is a great opportunity to join a company on an temporary to permanent basis, where you will get fully trained on the machine operating of industry specific machinery.

**Duties of the Factory Worker will include**:

- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Ensure good housekeeping at all times - sweeping, emptying bins, clearing areas.
- General Labouring
- Assisting skilled operators in their roles
- Work in a safe and efficient manner
- Work to company targets
- All other factory duties as required

**The ideal applicant**:

- Previous factory/production/engineering experience
- Able to complete manual handling tasks
- Excellent level of English reading and writing and Maths skills
- An in date Counterbalance Forklift Licence would be an advantage

**Hours & Pay**:

- Monday to Friday
- 07:00 - 15:00
- £10.42ph (increase once perm)
- Temp-Perm role
