Legal Administration Assistant

**Overview of the Role**:
The Legal Administration Assistant is part of a small team responsible for a wide range of administration duties including handling client queries, managing the case management system, preparation of documents and other administrative duties.
**Specific Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Managing client records and files on the case management system
- Assisting the team with a variety of administrative, organisational, communication, and research tasks.
- Proof-reading documents
- Managing file closures and team archiving
- Typing support if required
- Complying with the required standards for internal procedures (Lexcel and CQS) as well as the specific requirements of individual clients.
- Handling confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols.
**Person Specification**:
**Experience and knowledge**:
- Strong IT literacy.
- Previous experience of a Case Management system is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a good command of the English language.
- Ability to work to deadlines, autonomously, prioritise own workload effectively under pressure and manage conflicting priorities.
- Committed and enthusiastic.
**Professional Qualifications**:
- A Levels or equivalent academic qualification.

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
