**What will the role involve as our HR Programme Lead?**
- **Lead the review and evolution of BT’s job and skills architecture**, working with senior business stakeholders and HR specialist teams to define the key job roles and skills needed now, and in the future, across BT
- **End-to-end project management of key workstreams**, including shaping and evolving the approach
- **Lead and facilitate workshops with senior business stakeholders** from across BT, using your expertise to advise and challenge the business
- **Perform data analysis** on ‘as is’ roles and skills baseline and design** future ‘to be’ roles** spanning all career levels, ensuring linkage with reward, career pathways and the business context/priorities for that profession
- **Partner with an external consultancy** throughout the design and delivery.
- **Develop toolkits and guidance** documents to support business leaders, OD leads and HR colleagues across the E2E processes
**Organisation Effectiveness**:
- **Provide ongoing organisation effectiveness insight and expertise** across the business and HR
- **Research into external best practice** regarding organisation effectiveness methodologies to challenge and inform future design thinking and processes (e.g., agile operating models, future skills, flexible structures)
- **Facilitate knowledge-sharing** across the BT skills, organisation design, and broader HR communities
**What are we looking for in our HR Programme Lead?**
- Experience in Organisation Effectiveness in a large organisation or professional consultancy (e.g. management consulting, HR).
- Background in different industries delivering HR, OD, OA or Reward projects
- Project management and business analysis
- Organisation effectiveness and design, or job design
- Stakeholder management skills
- Business acumen: Understanding of business strategy and the connections and drivers of organisational performance
