An established privately owned house builder with a good local reputation are looking to recruit an Assistant Site Manager-Aftersales to help manage a quality new build housing developments across the Midlands
This is a new position/role within the company.
The role:
As an Assistant Site Manager you will take ownership and coordinate the after sales programme.
This includes liaising with subcontractors and customers at multiple sites to ensure that defects and snagging lists are addressed within our KPIs. Quality assurance and assistance to site managers when plots are nearing completion.
The role also includes handling and managing of any NHBC resolutions that arise.
The role will be split between head office in Dudley and sites as required, with the person employed becoming the face of the housebuilder to customers after they have moved in.
Main Roles and Responsibilities:

- Coordination of outstanding companywide aftersales items once sites are nearing conclusion via online Clixifix system and site visits
Arranging Sub Contractors to address aftersales matters
Working closely with office aftersales coordinators and site project managers
Liaising with sales negotiators
Visiting customers to understand any snagging concerns and to pick up positive reviews
Attending and managing NHBC resolutions
Health & Safety general control and security
Compliance with RAMS and H&S policy
Snagging, quality control and compliance with NHBC, specification and drawings
Home Tours and Key Handover
QA sign off coordination where required
As built recording including photos, robust standard details, checking of drainage and levels
Ad hoc general assistance to site manager with site permits, daily and weekly inspections; Inductions and labour control; plant and material returns;
Presentation and housekeeping onsite; Short-term programming; Control of waste/cartaway to licenced tips; NHBC inspections and compliance
The Company:
A privately owned house builder who build semi/detached houses and apartments for sale on the open market. They work across Gloucestershire,Oxfordshire and the Midlands
The Person:
It is likely you will have previously worked as either an Assistant Site Manager,Foreman,Finishing Foreman,Supervisor or Manager in a similar house building environment preferably on luxury housing projects. It is essential to have a CSCS, First Aid, IT skillsas well as a driving licence.
