There’s a new opening on the Production Support Team for a **Production Support Trainee**. This is a full-time trainee position where you’ll gain experience across a wide range of activities within the production support office and workshops.

**What’s the job like?**
You’ll work closely with production support managers and colleagues, providing administrative support and assistance. It’s a varied role with plenty of opportunities to learn.

You will be involved in tasks such as:

- Keeping documentation up to date and organised.
- Admin tasks - data entry, record keeping, archiving.
- Supporting compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company procedures — this is a vital part of ensuring our operations remain safe, consistent, and legally compliant.
- Assisting with internal audits to understand how our operations run.
- Working as part of a team, communicating with colleagues at all levels across the business.
- Supporting the team with updating QHSE documents, including procedures, risk assessments, and safety processes.

**What skills do you need?**
We’re looking for someone with strong communication and organisational skills.

You’ll do well in this role if you are:

- Well organised and good at problem solving.
- Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing team requirements.

This is a trainee role, so full training will be provided. What matters most is your willingness to learn and develop.
