**Your Mission**:
As part of the role you will be contacting our customers to gain feedback from their experience and booking customers in for their annual services and MOTs. As well as dealing with any other requirements they have. Engage: Conduct outbound service follow-up calls. Assist: Handle inbound queries and information requests from our valued customers.

You’ll be based in our Contact Centre at our Head Office in Salford. We offer free parking within walking distance. Don’t drive? We are just minutes away from bus rail and tram links to all over the Greater Manchester area.
