**Graduate Cyber Security Consultant**

Salary - £34,000 - £38,000 basic

Location - Mixture of onsite and remote working. Locations of onsite work will be Bristol or Corsham.

People Source Consulting is a successful and growing defence and security consultancy that seeks passionate Cyber Security Graduates to join our team. Our purpose is to “secure the vital interests of UK Defence,” and our vision is to “be the chosen partner for mission-critical solutions, innovating Cyber Security for our partners.” This is a unique opportunity to work on existing Cyber Security programmes of work and receive mentoring, training, and certifications in Cyber Security.

**What we are looking for in our Cyber Graduates**:

- **Proactive **- Seek out information, use initiative, and are not deterred by setbacks.
- **Engaging** - Able to discuss complex issues in simple language, elicit information from people and have the confidence to discuss issues with senior team members and stakeholders.
- **Analytical** - Able to make sense of lots of disparate information and build up the big picture.
- **Tech-savvy** - Understand and are interested in modern technology: cloud services, mobiles, unified communications (voice, video conferencing, instant messaging, presence), and enterprise IT.
- **Grounded in Cyber** - Have a good understanding of cyber security basics.
- **Focussed on delivery** - Able to translate all of the above into deliverables and outcomes for the customer.
