We’re looking for an **organised, proactive, and customer-focused Scheduling Coordinator** to join our busy Service Team. If you love keeping things running smoothly, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have a knack for logistics, this is your moment

What You’ll Do:

- Coordinate and manage field engineer diaries across the UK & Ireland
- Book customer visits (maintenance, repairs, site evaluations, breakdowns)
- Liaise with customers to schedule and confirm appointments
- Raise jobs in SAP and scheduling systems
- Quote parts/labour and manage repair jobs from start to finish
- Track warranty claims and maintain calibration/tool registers
- Keep vehicle records, safety cards, and inductions up to date
- Attend weekly planning meetings and support with admin tasks

What You’ll Bring:

- Ability to **prioritise under pressure** and meet tight deadlines
- Confident communicator with a **professional phone manner**:

- **Customer-first mindset** and a helpful, can-do attitude
- Strong **IT skills**: Microsoft Office is essential, SAP/Protean is a plus
- Team player who also works well independently
- Knowledge of **H&S procedures** and logistics across the UK & Ireland is a bonus

Salary £23,000 - £27,000 per annum based on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £23,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
