Our client is a scaling ecomms brand and they have an amazing opportunity to join their highly engaged HR team You will be a passionate recruiter who enjoys finding unicorns
**The role will need you to**:

- Collaborate with Hiring Managers on how best to hire talent through in depth briefing meetings
- End to end recruitment cycle including job posting
- Support on dedicated headhunt searches via networking, social and LinkedIn

**Knowledge, skills & experience**:

- You will have 360 recruitment experience in a fast-paced commercial organisation - high volume hiring
- Recruitment experience with in ecommerce or retail would be beneficial
- Ideally you will enjoy sourcing tech talent
- finding hidden talent
- You will have excellent communication skills and have the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
- Highly organised and able to prioritise to meet deadlines in a busy environment
- Experience in using an ATS system will be highly desirable
