Do you want to help manage a vibrant café and work for a growing family business? If so, Boswells is for you We are open every day **(daytime only)**and serve great quality food and drink in a welcoming, relaxed environment.

We are currently looking for someone to join our Management Team at our lovely café in Galleries (Bristol). This position is not for the faint hearted or those afraid of hard work However, we are interested in someone who wants to have a part to play in an evolving company and whose personality will set the tone for the café.

**Who are we looking for?**
- As a Supervisor you will be a master of all trades who can bang out great tasting coffee or bacon bap, epitomise great counter service, look slick on the café floor and do it all with a dazzling smile and aura of calm competence.
- A positive and organised individual with a structured approach to training, preparation and shift management, who is as comfortable writing a rota as they are making a latte.
