If so, our client is looking a motivated individual to join their Front of House team, working full time in their office in Edgware, Middlesex.You will act as the Receptionist as well as providing admin support.

**Front of House Duties**:
**Receptionist**:

- Answering incoming calls
- Greeting visitors
- Running irregular errands, such as banking cheques
- Opening / scanning incoming post
- Dealing with outgoing post

**Secretarial**:

- Preparing draft letters (using templates)
- Copy typing one-off letters, Reports and Meeting Notes
- Preparing packs
- Assisting with general secretarial and administrative matters

**Other**:

- Communicating by phone with 3rd parties such as Companies House or HMRC
- Helping with onboarding of new clients
- Preparing basic Confirmation Statements for Companies House
- Preparing monthly Invoices
- Updating our internal databases
- Preparing excel based summaries

**Front of House Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of Office Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident, Personable and well Presented
- Self-motivated
- Able to fit into a close-knit, positive and friendly team
- Confident to learn new IT Packages
