- The Penmellyn Veterinary Group are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our busy group of practices. As this role will cover multiple sites, applicants must have access to their own vehicle and a full driving license.

This role is fast paced within a friendly team with no working day the same, so we are looking for a calm and committed person who enjoys a challenge and works well under pressure.

Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;
- Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to provide 5-star customer care
- Meeting and greeting clients with professionalism
- Booking appointments and diary management
- Taking payment for services and products
- Managing cash and end-of-day banking
- Dispensing medication
- Maintaining a clean and safe space or our clients and their pets

**Your shift pattern**:

- You will work 37.5 hours across 4 days per week, including 1:4 Saturdays.
