RSR are currently recruiting on behalf of our Women’s Charity based in Nottinghamshire for a Partner Support Worker (City and County South) to provide domestic abuse support to female survivors.

This is a part time, temporary role and offers a salary of £25,668 - £27,239 per annum.

**Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle is essential for this role.**

**Main Duties**:

- Ensure that women whose partners or ex-partners have been referred to the Equation perpetrator programme/service are contacted and offered support and information about their rights and other sources of support and advice.
- Provide telephone and face-to-face support, advice, signposting and offer referrals to other agencies to female survivors.
- Complete risk assessments and jointly agree individual safety and support plans.
- Refer women who have been assessed as being at high risk of harm or homicide to the relevant Multi Agency Risk Assessment Conference.
- Liaise with other agencies as appropriate, attending core group and case conferences where there are safeguarding concerns.
- Take part in casework meetings with the perpetrator programme team to review the progress of those attending the perpetrator work and share any relevant updates from your work.
- Attend clinical supervision.
- Assist in representing the programme as required at meetings, seminars and conferences.
- Maintain records of all work undertaken and prepare reports as required
- Adhere to Safeguarding Children and Adult policies, Health & Safety and Equal Opportunities.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Women’s Aid or SafeLives Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to manage own caseload, working under pressure and prioritising workload.
- Experience of working with women affected by domestic abuse
- Experience of risk assessment and management, safety planning and support planning
- Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team
- Understanding of the practical, emotional, social and economic issues facing women and children affected by domestic violence
- Sound knowledge of safeguarding for adults and children
